Academics and Professionals: U.S. Senior Specialists invited by Spanish higher education institutions through the Commission.

Objectives ​Facilitate the collaboration between an American specialist and one or more Spanish institutions for postgraduate seminars, professional or curricular advising, or consultation about team projects. Not for research.

Requirements ​United States citizenship, academic or professional.
The host institution can consult the program’s institutional requirements and must send the application to the Commission for approval of the project. If the Spanish institution’s request is a name request, the person in question must apply to CIES to be approved for their roster of candidates: http://www.cies.org/Specialists/

Grant Duration From ​2 to 6 weeks.
Grant Period November 2015- July 2016.
Grant Benefits ​The Fulbright Program will cover transatlantic transportation and provide a $200 daily fee for the approved working days in Spain. The host institution will be responsible for room and board in Spain and transportation within the country if necessary.
